The Skills for Employment Scholarship Program (SESP) is one of the scholarship programs of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). OWWA, in coordination with TESDA, offers six-month vocational and one-year technical courses during the regular school year calendar. This scholarship is designed for land-based and sea-based OWWA members.
Qualified applicants will receive financial assistance.

Proof of relationship to OFW member
(For OFW dependent/benificary:
Spouse: Marriage Certificate | For child and sibling: PSA Birth Certificate and CENOMAR

qualifications:

Must be an active OWWA member
Must be an OFW dependant/beneficiary
(Spouse | *Child | *Sibling)

* Not older than 21 years old

* Not currently enrolled or beneficiary of other scholarship program
