The Skills for Employment Scholarship Program (SESP) is one of the Scholarship Programs of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). OWWA, in coordination with TESDA, offers six-month vocational and one-year technical courses during the regular school year calendar. This scholarship is designed for land-based and sea-based OWWA members.
Qualified applicants will receive financial assistance.
